Scope of Work: This project entailed both a horizontal and vertical expansion, triggering flue extensions for neighboring buildings and a DEP stormwater detention filing. The cellar was extensively underpinned to maximize ceiling heights and the mechanical rooms were some of the best we’ve seen in a single-family home.
