Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for this co-working space for beauty/wellness service providers. Rentable salon and treatment studios were designed two levels below Madison Ave, posing challengers for drainage and life-safety design. The end result provided significant value for the landlord and was somewhat a feat of engineering.
