Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP-SP design for this gut renovation of a circa 1930 brownstone in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. This was the second of two townhouses worked on simultaneously between our office, Meshberg Group, and the developer and this project benefited from a number of “lessons learned” from the Lafayette Ave Corner Townhouse project.
