Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP-SP design for this gut renovation of a circa 1899 brownstone in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. This was one of two townhouses worked on simultaneously between our office, Meshberg Group, and the developer and some typologies and field conditions encountered here allowed the other project to proceed much quicker as a nice benefit.
