Scope of Work: This project consisted of the renovation of the former Studio at Webster Hall into Deluxx Fluxx NYC, an offshoot of the popular nightclub from Detroit, NY. The MEP systems were significantly upgraded and modified with new bathrooms, bars, food service programming, and a stage.
