Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP-SP design for this gut renovation of a circa 1910 brownstone in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. The building underwent both a horizontal and vertical expansion. Due to the increase in impervious surface from the horizontal expansion, a new sewer was filed with the DEP and brought into the building.
