Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP-SP design for this gut renovation of a circa 1905 brownstone in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. Each apartment was provided with its own “combi” boiler serving both space heating and domestic water heating for ease of gas billing to each unit.
